Canvas Kids Artwork Refund Policy

  1. General Policy: At Canvas Kids, we aim to ensure that you are delighted with your artwork. Our goal is to bring joy and creativity through each piece. If, however, you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is in place to assist you.
  2. Free Shipping on Returns for Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making things right. We offer a full refund along with free return shipping for such cases. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 Days of receiving your artwork. Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required to process your refund and free return shipping.
  3. Returns/Exchanges for Other Reasons - Shipping and Handling Fee: For returns of Canvas Kids artwork due to reasons other than damage or defects, we are here to help. A shipping and handling fee of $4.99 will be applied in these instances. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to start the return process. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund, less the $4.99 shipping and handling fee.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
